Terms of Service

MyTryons lets adults preview makeup, hairstyles, colours, tattoos, and piercings on their own photos or on provided templates, chat with AI styling personas (the Glam Squad), save looks, and browse product recommendations. Previews are illustrative simulations — they are not a guarantee of how a product, cut, colour, tattoo, or piercing will look in real life.

You must be 18 or older to use MyTryons. Before uploading personal photos you must complete age verification. We may ask you to verify your identity through our verification provider. Providing false information or using another person's identity is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person. Notify us at hello@mytryons.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm the photo is of you (or that you have the person's explicit permission), that it does not depict anyone under 18, and that it contains no illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Uploaded photos are stored privately and automatically deleted after 24 hours. Looks you explicitly save may be kept until you delete them.

You grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the service (generating previews, styling advice, and saved looks you request). We do not sell your photos or use them to identify you.

New accounts start with a 7-day full-access trial at no charge. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. After the trial, the free plan includes a limited number of renders per month. The paid membership is $9.99 per month, billed through our payment provider, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or of anyone under 18
• Use the service to harass, deceive, or impersonate others
• Attempt to bypass age verification, render limits, or payment requirements
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
• Use generated previews to misrepresent real products or services commercially

Previews and Glam Squad advice are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unflattering. Styling advice is opinion, not professional, medical, or dermatological advice. Always patch-test cosmetics and consult qualified professionals before permanent decisions such as tattoos or piercings.

Piercing previews do not account for your individual anatomy, healing time, infection risk, or metal sensitivities and allergies. Only get pierced by a licensed professional piercer, follow their aftercare guidance, and seek medical advice if you have concerns. MyTryons does not perform, book, or supervise piercings or tattoos.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTryons is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on previews or AI advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
