Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials.
• Photos you upload: stored privately in your account and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Saved looks and chats: looks you explicitly save, and your Glam Squad conversations, kept until you delete them.
• Verification status: whether you passed adult age verification — not the underlying identity documents, which are handled by our verification provider.
• Usage and billing data: render counts, plan status, and payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number).

When you upload a photo, we analyse it server-side to guide styling (for example, face shape or skin tone suggestions, or where to place a tattoo or piercing). This analysis is ephemeral: it is used to produce your preview and is not stored as a profile of you. We never infer or store your identity, ethnicity, health, or other sensitive traits, and we do not use your photos for facial recognition or to train models that identify people. Tattoo and piercing try-ons follow the same 24-hour photo expiry as every other try-on.

• To provide the service: generate previews, styling advice, and saved looks you request
• To enforce plan limits, process payments, and prevent abuse
• To send service emails (confirmations, receipts, booking confirmations)
• To improve the service through aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show you third-party behavioural advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run MyTryons: cloud hosting and database, payment processing, identity verification, email delivery, and AI processing for previews and styling chat. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service and under their own privacy terms.

• Uploaded photos: deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Saved looks and chat history: kept until you delete them or close your account.
• Account and billing records: kept while your account is active and as required for tax and legal obligations.

You can delete saved looks, chats, and your account from within the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@mytryons.com to exercise any of these rights. You can also withdraw from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as your active photo). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

MyTryons is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and accounts found to belong to minors are deleted.

If we make material changes, we will announce them in the app or by email before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
